What Is Causing Baldspots On My Temples And Sideburns?

Im trying to figure if this is natural or can something have caused this? I do at times get pimples on my scalp they are just regular sized ones could that have maybe caused it? Im 22 years old about to be 23 thank you.

ur photo is not working but I have the same thing. Small circles above my temples and on the sides of my head with zero hair growing. I first noticed it when I shaved my head to a one, and there is one place above my temple where you can see it even with longer hair. I thought pimples might be the cause too, I am just hoping its not alopecia areata. I need to go to a derm and check because I believe it could be a fungus like ringworm which might also be causing my mild dandruff.
