I have in the past several months started shedding A LOT. I also have 3 bald spots across the top of my head. I am interested in any information I can get on stopping the shedding (I can see some small hairs growing back in the bald spots.). What is available besides Rogaine and Propecia (sp), I would prefer something natural over medications.

I have read about MSG here, but I keep seeing it referred to by men...what is safe for women.

Thanks

You should see a doctor. If you're losing in spots like you say, sounds like your hormones are all over the place or it's Telogen Effluvium (telogen effluvium). Telogen Effluvium usually appears about 6 months after a significant shock to the system. ie, an extended high temperature, major surgery, a car accident, etc.
