Every time I use a product, or service, I sit there stewing ... thinking about how I would do things differently if I ran the place. How I could come in and optimize performance, optimize service, speed things up, organize things better, and pretty much make the place a really cool interesting effective place to be.
Maybe that's why I ended up doing this site for a living. I get to create a community from start to finish.
However, there is something to be said for those who just stop in, with a fresh eye, seeing everything for the first time. Having spent 24 hours a day for the last 6 years doing HairlossTalk, I value your input, suggestions, and ..... exactly how you would do things differently if you ran the place.
