What if Intercytex used dermal papilla cells of armpit hair

I was just thinking, if testosterone/DHT causes hair on our balding scalp to miniaturize, but it causes hair on other areas of our body to begin growing, such as on our arm pits, what would happen if we either A) cultivate and multiply armpit dermal papilla cells and implanted THOSE cells onto our bald scalps, or B) implant the armpit dermal papilla cells into our hair follicles, to maybe signal the hair follicles on our scalp that we still currently have to continue growing?

Any thoughts?
