I've read that they are short, thin hairs typically lighter than your normal hair color. Almost no color.
The reason I ask is that I'm on 2 months of minoxidil and I've sprouted up a lot of tiny hairs all over my hairline. They are the same color as my normal hair and only slightly thinner. They just sprouted up about a week or so ago and are longer and darker than the "vellus" hairs that's all over the rest of my head.
