What drugs/herbs will lower the propecia test. spike?

I want to try propecia or avodart, but I am concerned about the reports of frontal thinning due to the spike in testosterone.

Are there any drugs or herbs I can take to counteract this testosterone spike?

I figure, use the propecia to lower the dht and take something to lower the testosterone that is raised by the propecia.

Anybody?
