I am a 21 yr old, suffering with hair loss since the last 1 year ,which I first noticed during my examinations, and has continued thereafter ,the rate of fall has reduced to around 10-15 hair strands after combing forwards for 1 min,no major issues during bathing , occasionally few strands in the morning on the pillow.the scalp on the front of my head was much more visible which has considerably reduced after I started taking multivitamims with biotin and zinc.but since the last few weeks the left temple of mine has gone weaker( less dense) does that mean it's going to be permanent or does it mean it's paving for new hairs to grow out??,my diet is questionable, and I am also taking homeopathic treatment for the last 6 months

Your hair loss is in a very early state and hardly noticeable, if at all to others. This is why you're seeing these kind of bull sh*t responses.

Genetic hair loss usually starts very slowly at first. Some people notice their loss, some don't. If you feel you're losing it, no matter how slowly, then create a photo log of your temples, hairline, and crown with wet and dry hair. Take pics every 3 months and compare. If the progression is noticeable based on pics, then you should consider treatments. If you begin to notice regularly oily, tingling, and itchy scalp then take these as added points of evidence that you are experiencing hair loss. Counting shed hairs is a bad way to gauge hair loss, unless it's falling out in large numbers throughout the day. Take pics like I suggested and check again in 3 months.
