The only quallity doctor I know of in South America is Dr. Arthur Tykocinski in Brazil.

I agree Dr. Tykocinski is talented in ultra-refined methods of FUHT procedures.

Consider this. The outcome of a hair transplant procedure is permanent good or bad so never go with someone without a proven reputation "anywhere in the world". So any surgeon with both proven talent AND ethics is definitely worth traveling to.
