What Do You Think About This Regimen?

I have done so much searching and research about products, treatments, etc. Trying to figure out all the side effects and sort through conflicting advise has been by far the biggest challenge. I've come up with a starting regimen and I will monitor side effects. I will reassess in 6 months. Basically top of scalp looked thinner, but have never ever had shedding.

1. Nizoral 1% once daily. Been doing this one week so far. Had no adverse effects last year when I did this every day for months.
2. Multivitamin and biotin/sawdust supplement.
3. Minoxodil 5% once daily. Left in 4 hours. I'm debating about going twice, but figured I'd monitor the side effects. Once again, SO MUCH conflicting advise...........not useful, ages the skin, etc. etc.
4. .25mg finasteride. I have gotten a prescription. I'm planning on splitting the pill. Most people seem to think that .25mg finasteride is adequate.
5. Dermarolling twice a week. I ordered a dermaroller. I just have to figure out how firmly and how long to use it as well as technique.
6. Force myself to sleep more. Less stress. The last months I have been sleeping much much less than I should.
7. Light exercise. I started doing a slow jog an hour a day. Difficult finding the time. Should get easier in January.
8. Healthier eating. My eating habits the last few months have been atrocious.

Does this seem like an adequate regimen?

The problem for me seems to be that it hasn't been aggressive at all, which is both good and bad. It snuck up on me at age 38. No obvious signs along the way....hair falling out, etc. Plus, the nizoral and sawdust supplement should also help block dht at the follicle(SUPPOSEDLY should help). My plan has been to reassess in 6 months and up the dosage. Of course, if there is OBVIOUS worsening of my hair, I will up the dosage sooner. But, it must be an obvious worsening.
