I am a diffuse thinner - here is a short summary of my story:
- mid 2018: Great density, started using minoxidil because I was worried about my temples
- autumn 2018: Stopped minoxidil for temples but continued to use it for my beard
- April: Started to take oral minoxidil because I heard it can work better, I took around 0.2ml of 5% minoxidil per day, which is 10mg per day if I am right?
- July Stopped taking it - went on a summer vacation for a month where it was 35 degrees constantly;
-Augut: Coming home
- September/October: Noticing some serious shedding - thought it is seasonnal hair loss
- November: Could not bear to lose 250 hairs per day any longer, started treatment with finasteride 1mg/day
- January: my density went down from November but feel like it is stable the past weeks; Now added nizoral 2% shampoo and also oral 5% minoxidil 1 drop in the morning and one in the evening(should be around 1/13ml so around 3.5mg minoxidil twice a day ; I do not want to go higher since I am afraid of the minoxidil shedding)
What would you do if you were me? Does it look good?
