What Do You Reccomend For My Hair Loss? Need To Take Action Soon!

I wear my hair down, it's quiet curly and seemingly thick. I have always been paranoid about thinning around the temple areas and it has recently gotten worse within the past year.

I need to take action soon before it gets any worse.

What would you guys reccomend?

Also, if I don't take action how long do you think I have left before I'd have to shave it all off?
