What do you do with parts that have accidentally fallen across the balding area and overlap your bio hair?

Sometimes small bits stay flappy around the perimeter because they landed accidentally on bio hair, not the balding area. This, I think, will lead to lifting earlier in those parts. What do you do with them? What should be done with them? Cut them off? Put glue on bio hair? Just ignore and glue the lifting down again? Thank you!

The opposite accident would be that a small part of your balding area doesn't get covered with the base. I think this causes more anxiety, because is visible. Overlapping parts on the perimeter, though, can be detectable to touch. Which do you consider worse?
