I think a completely shaven head can signal good hygiene/selfcare just like a shaven face. But when there is hair with bald parts it signals old age and possibly even disease, weak genetics along with bad personality traits.

It is a sign of inferior genes. Women want good genes because just about every woman believes that people who look good are good people and people who are unattractive are bad people.

Its funny I prefer myself with hair, but honestly I get more attention and get told i look better buzzed. Our identity and preference is not as important to others as we think its our attitude. Women like men to be men and hair is not compulsory.

Honestly NOTHING besides a combination of a hair transplant and a hair system

Growing out his eyebrows and dyeing them

Growing out a beard and dyeing it

Teeth whitening

Something for his undeye area (like fat graft or whatever) because he has bags

And viola he looks like an entirely new man
