What Could I Possibly Add To My Current Regime?

-Been on 5% Minoxidil for over 10 years with no success.
-Since 20 months ago, I increased Minoxidil strength to 12%.
-Since 6 months ago, I started using 15% Minodixil with 0.1% topical Finasteride.
-Added oral Finasteride 20 months ago, with noticeable improvement.
-Dermarolling/dermastamp 2-4 times a week.
-Consistently taking supplements ove the years (zinc, saw palmetto, cod liver oil, MSM).
-Attempted RU for a period of 9 months (powder form with alcohol+PG vehicle). No sign of shedding/regrowth so I stopped.
-Attempted laser therapy 2 years ago (once a week, over 6 months). No success and stopped.
-Increased protein intake over the last 6 months.

I'm aged 45. Before I began Finasteride I was graded NW3V. I have no idea what I am currently...
Since adding Finasteride, much of the vellus hair on the temples have turned darker/visible but only grew up to 1.5cm (no further growth at all for at least the last 12 months). Vertex thinning has become less visible.
It seems that I have seen the maximum benefits of my treatment, and now it's simply maintaining at best.
Is there anything else I should try before I start considering transplant?

Maybe you should give more time to minoxidil + oral finasteride. Any side effects with topical and oral finasteride?

1-2 weeks into oral Finasteride I noticed ball-ache which soon settled. there was also a mild symptom of swollen breasts which was kept under control with regular exercise and good eating. Nothing at all from the addition of topical Finasteride.
Minoxidil and Finasteride are the two which I accept as a life-time commitment, so I shall continue (even if I do down the transplant route).
While I'm thankful for the limited gain, it's slightly discouraging that no further improvement seems likely from here.
