What are the chances of PERMANENT Side Effects?

Of course, I know there is no actual number, as the chances of PFS are ridiculously small. For the most part I've seen estimations from 1 in 100,000, to statistically non-existent.

I was wondering if anyone else more well-read on this phenomenon has a better idea of the most probable estimation of getting PFS?

This may help some people in deciding to take finasteride, as I know that I, myself, feel greater reassurance in taking the drug when hearing numbers that really help understand how small the chances are.
