What are early gyno signs?

Hey guys, I've been on finasteride for 2 months now and so far good success hair wise (far less shedding and seeing some possible hair regrowth). However, recently I have noticed this "sore" feeling I get in my armpit and arms. I would describe this feeling as the feeling you get after working out. I don't see any lumps or anything. Do you think this is the start of gyno? What should I look out for? I really hope it isn't, I'm getting really good results on Finasteride.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too. I feel like it might just be delayed muscle soreness from moving some heavy boxes/tables at work (I'm kind of out of shape atm). If it keeps up I was gonna schedule an appointment with my GP.

Update: The pain has gone away. I think it was just DOMS.
