I am thinking about derma stamping...I just have to re read some stuff about disinfecting instrument and my scalp etc..but I think I am going to try this just on one spot on my head to see if I see a difference.

Anything I learn about this week is for women anti androgens. I think too strong for men.

I am trying topical finasteride soon.

maybe PRP LOL throwing kitchen sink at it if i have to.

I take Ashwangandha in the mornings and Melatonin at night.

Apparently there is a link to hair growth, apparently.

I was like you, hunting examine.com late at night and all that sh*t. I would definitely recommend ashwaganda for the mood benefits alone. Probably helps with the sides from finasteride

If you really wanna swallow some sh*t I'd look into an anti-inflammatory diet. Curcumin omelettes in the morning. Ginger and turmeric roots in smoothies. You can feel your skin tingle from that sh*t.

I posted this in another thread but here's a bunch of general supps, this book has great diet advice:http://perfecthealthdiet.com/recommended-supplements/

I'm big into smoothies like these, but with the water replaced with keifer:

Give the Dermastamp a go, that's my next step too. I'm going to order a Dermapen and follow the Indian protocol for a year. See what happens. Other supplements like Viviscal are targeted to hair growth but I believe none are effective if you are physically healthy and eating nutritious food. Over twenty years I've spent about $2,000 a year on supplements. Hasn't helped my hairgrowth at all. I've been taking Ashwaganda over 4 years now too for the supposed positive antiaging benefits, daily. I'm really healthy but probably more due to my genetics plus exercise and excellent diet-Mediterranean + intermit. fasting. Mother Nature says: "You're old, I've given you good health all your life and you want more?!! f*** you, I'm going to kill you someday!" And that's it. Oh well. :(
