6 Months on Foam is nothing! Takes at least a year to see any difference. In most cases it takes consistant use over a 1-2 year period to see any benefit. Its been a year now and im happy enough with my foam results. Its maintaining my hairline for now and im happy with that.

Yea Im really against taking finasteride..due to the large amount of sexual sides....its just seeming hopeless that anything works...its seems like before i starting taking rogaine it was better...my hairline is getting very thin.

I think I might try topcial finasteride....IDK.

I use Revita, spironolactone, Rogaine at the moment w/Nizoral

As was said already: you really gotta hang in there. You have to give anything you use a year to make any determinations about effectiveness - six more months won't make or break you in terms of hair.

Do you have before and after pictures for comparison?

how do you know it's not proscar maintaining your hairline?

Coz I was on finasteride 2 years before going on foam and i was losing ground just on the finasteride, esp on my hairline, then i added foam about 12 months ago and its maintained/slightly improved my hairline in that time. Definitely not worse.
