I cut the sides and back a bit shorter than usual and I noticed weird thinning on the back of my scalp .I'm on min and finasteride(2month 1.5month) just started .do you think this some sort of male pattern baldness or is it the result of telogen effluvium as my current derm and doctor diagnosed me with
