So basically I have these baby hairs at the front of my hairline that were pissing me off when it came to styling, so I started getting into the habit of shaving them off. Thing is, one day I went a bit too far and shaved too much off, so there's about half a centimeter (maybe a tiny bit more) shaved off the tip of my widows peak.

Oddly enough, combined with the recent gains I've made at the temples, my hairline is looking superb compared to just months ago. It looks straighter as a result of this missing bit of widows peak, and you can't tell it's slightly higher because the difference is barely noticable. It helped relieve some of the "abruptness" of the peak and give the illusion of a straighter (or at least less intense) hairline.

Yup, I don't shave the peak but I keep the hair there shorter than at the temples for this very reason.

In fact maybe you could laser off those hairs to not have to shave it every day.

Ive got "baby" hairs on my temples. They are a bit of a pain when styling, but to be honest Im just thankful Ive got them! (cheers Propecia). I just try and cover them up with longer hair from my hairline. Im kind of hoping that sooner or later they will pigment more and grow longer so I get some real cosmetic benefit.

I pluck out some hairs on my on my peak to create a straighter hairline, it works well if your recession isn't to deep at the temples.
