waxy bulp at the end of the shedded hairs

Since I started Rogain and nizoral I have noticed when I wash my hair, I shed alot. But the hairs have a waxy bulp at the end. Nothing major, but I was wondering if that is normal or if it can tell me if the hair will grow back or not? Plesae advice.

ya i also see a dry white deposition around the bulb of the shedding hair, i dont know what it is...... can anybody here know abt it??

i think its just dead scalp.

Not sure it means anything. Maybe bad scalp?

Good news is pretty much all my hairs had this since i was young. So it will grow back.
