Do you notice the wax surface on the balding scalps? What are they? Are they the result of excessive sebum?
Does inhibiting type-1 5-alpha reductase by dutasteride reduce the sebum production on the scalp? Once wax is formed on the scalp, it's pretty much game over for the hair I guess.
