I'm thinking, spironolactone 5%.

any suggestions on where to buy it and what to expect?

Jeffsss you already have an excellent regeime. Why not ride it out for 12 months and then start thinking about adding to your regeime. Adding a new product now will not give you results any faster.

You can use topical spironolactone if you wish, so that you are able to reduce the percentile of ARs bound by T itself and the % of DHT whose 'genesis' is not inhibited by finasteride.
