Want To Quit Finasteride Without Side Effects

Ive been on propecia since April from last year in a 1mg dosage and im 19.
Im interested in quitting it but try to avoid at all costs the post finasteride syndrome.
Ive been thinkin on quitting the dosage gradually by cutting it each week to 1/4 less.
Any advice or experiences on this?

Dicrease in libido somewhat and no expansion in facial hair.

I can still grow facial hair but it seems to be slowed down and hasnt advanced much in this year.
I can still jack off but my libido sure has gone down lately,almost never get morning boners and dont get random hardons really.
Do you guys think i will have post finasteride syndrome?
