Vitamin Doasge - are these correcT?

Currently in my Regime, i'm taking the following:
Propecia 1mg: daily
Swanson Zinc (gluconate) 50mg: Daily
Swanson Vitamins A (25,000 UI) ,C (500mg) ,E (400 UI) & Selenium (50mcg): every 3 days
Swanson Balance B-100: every other day depending on what i ate for breakfast.
Swanson Omega 3 fish oil 1000mg: Daily
Biotin 5mg: Daily
MSM 1000mg: Daily

I read a lot of people been taking 2.5mg of biotin and only 600mg of Omega 3.. anyone know what the proper dosage are for all those i've listed?

also are ALL those even necessary? or am i just taking more than i should. For those of you that experimented with Swanson vitamins, do you recommend any other vitamin companies that you felt worked better?
