I just had an endcron (spelling?) check me out. My thyroid is normal but on the low end. She wants to retest my thyroid levels in about another 3 months. My vitamin b levels came back as 23 the normal range is 40 - 70. There is no history of hair loss in my family. I still have my hair line its just kind of thinned out. I was wondering if anyone had taken vitamin b and improved their hair? I'm 24 years old.

if the reason of your hairloss is B-vitamins definency,b-complex can help(if your hairloss is classic Androgenetic Alopecia, don t hope good results with only b-complex)..most of people use b vits,b complex in their regimens..you are asking for only b-vits(you wanna use only b-vits)?..i don t have any experience..but i read a success story about an old lady(60s) who takes b-complex(b1,b2,b3,b5,b8,b12..etc) daily..good luck
