Video Conferencing Tool

Hey guys since this is the off topic section, I just wanna ask aside from Skype what other application can be used for videoconferencing? Skype seems to be unreliable lately so I'm looking for other options. I conduct a weekly video conference with my staff and it seems that every now and then we encounter problems with the audio as well as sending files. I would like to get another application and I prefer one that can easily share files so I can meet deadlines and of course it should be compatible with whatever gadgets my staff are using (iPhone, iPad, Android devices, Microsoft Windows, USB speakerphones, wireless audio devices, etc.). Any recommendations?

Sorry, but I don't know any other application aside from Skype. I'm also using that every now and then. Though, I was able to grasp something like video and web conferencing online.
