Dunno......but for what it's worth....

When I visited a MEDICAL HAIR RESTORATION office in Cleveland last year, the Doctor swore that Lasers work for growing hair .

There are three before and after photos in the testimonial section. The top one has a young man with spikey hair. The after photo is clearly a photoshopped copy of the before photo. I would be wary of anyone who fakes B&A photos, especially as badly as this.
