Hey guys, 21 year old here, about a week ago i have noticed my hair thinning out of nowhere. I came off a year and a half long diet where i wasn't eating well enough(around 1200 calories-dramatic weight loss) about a month and a half ago, which is probably around when the shedding started, and then started eating over maintenance to gain mass. I'm not sure if the shedding is excessive or if it's more than usual but some of the hair is coming out with a white bulb and all of it is thick. I also suffer from seborrheic dermatitis which i manage to keep under control unless it's summer when my scalp flares up. It could be as simple as male pattern baldness, although there is no recession or thinning at the crown, just the mid-scalp and the upper left side as you can see in the pictures. This is happening very fast and i can't get in to see my dermatologist for 2 weeks.
