I just came accross this video the other day it found it quite interesting, he seems to have some very informative, harsh and true statements in my opinion.

People have been talking about omega 3, procyanidins, curcumin and cayenne for years on these boards but this guy seems fairly confident they'll work- who the hell knows anymore.

Yeh i too question the ability of natural remedies and there productivity. However, this guy seems to have a lot of conviction and adamancy about there effects and results.

Makes you wonder why he doesn't post his before and after shots.
