I recently bought some PH testing strips for urine and saliva. I know they work because I've run one or two under tap water and that came back as neutral, another on sulfur soap which is very alkaline and that showed up accordingly.
Tested my urine and saliva several times and it is always on the extreme side of acidity i.e. 4.5 on the scale.
Could this be a sign of some underlying health problem and would it be having an impact on my skin (acne prone, v.oily)? And consequentially on hair?
