Hi

I've been using Propecia for about 3 months; so I guess I can't see much of a difference yet. I'm almost 20 and balding and this is horrible...

So far i've also got a multi-vitamin - what else should I add?

Fish Oil?
Flax Seed Oil?

Taking nutritional supplements won't help fight hairloss unless your diet is woefully inadequate. There are some topical applications you can use, however. The most effective is 5% minoxidil. Do a search on this site and you will see reports of studies that show that finasteride and minoxidil used together are effective for most men. You can also use copper peptides, either Tricomin or Folligen, as studies show that they also generate regrowth. Either one can be applied at the same time that you're applying minoxidil. And they combat scalp irritation, which is a problem for many once you start putting stuff on your head. Finally, use Nizoral shampoo, as it is also a regrowth agent. It can dry out your hair, so use a good conditioner. Use Nizoral three times a week, not every day.
