using nizoral...... how long...

Do you leave it on your scalp??? do you just lather up and wash out like regular shampoo?? or do you leave it in for a few mins???

Yes, be sure to leave itin the scalp for several minutes. I think SE Freak puts

T/SAL in for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then he adds nizoral for about 5 minutes. Then he rinses.

I am going to follow tihs method..

I usually leave it for 5 mintues and use it about 3 times a week. I think its helped me.

I use T/Sal...lather...leave on for3-5 minutes...then Nizoral...lather....leave on for3-5 minutes.

I do this 4 times a week.

I shampoo with the Nizoral, washing my hair and scalp thouroughly, then I take an extra dab of the nizoral, and gently work it into the affected area, and then let it sit. I lather up, and wash the rest of my body with soap and let the nizoral sit whilst I do this. When that's done, I rinse it out, and I wash my face last.

I then get out of the bath, remove my clothes and carry on using the nail file to slowly work at the bars on the window.
