First of all, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum; I wasn't sure where to put it. Anyway, I've been using Nizoral for a few months now and it really hasn't done anything for me. I still have dry scalp and occasional itching. I have heard good things from a friend about Neutrogena T/Gel, so I was thinking about trying that. My current shampoo/condition regimen is Nizoral with American Crew Tea Tree Oil conditioner every three days and then the other days just Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care shampoo by itself. So my question is, would it be possible to continue using Nizoral with the conditioner every 3 days and also use the T/Gel on other days? Or would that be harsh on my scalp? I don't know much about the T/Gel, so I don't know if it is supposed to be used often or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
