have any of you guys considered getting some hair transplant work done, somewhat agressively, to fill in thinning areas; then, expecting HM comes out in five years, just use that to fill in the other areas as time goes on? this would give you a full head of hair for life? anyone considering this.

thoughts?

That's pretty reckless if you ask me. There is no guarantee of anything coming out in any kind of timeframe. You have a limited amount of donor hair. Use that up on 100 +cm per square inch in the temples and you're going to look pretty weird when you recede behind that and find that your donor area has also gotten sparse. I'm not saying that this will happen but it certainlyh isnt impossible.
