All you guys who have "X" as your avatar (broken image) can now upload an avatar and it will show up. This has been broken for quite some time. Apologies to all.
To Everyone: Please try to keep your avatars as close to 100 pixels wide, as possible. When they are really wide, they affect the structure of the pages and those with smaller monitors have a difficult time reading.
