Hello,
I placed an order with United Pharmacies.co.uk last week - 23 December. According to their website my order still hasn't been processed, the money hasn't been taken from my card, and the order is Queued.
I tried calling them, but no one is answering. No reply from emails. I noticed the night before I placed my order, their website had been closed, but then came back up again.
Does anyone know if UP is till open for business? Is this anything to do with the Xmas period? Has anyone successfully placed/received an order from UP in recent weeks?
