So I recently came across the thread about glues and health risks, have decided to since switch from ultra hold to ghost bond platinum.

For me, it’s a much weaker hold, but worth the trade off for my health.... with that said I can’t seem to figure out how to clean it off the base. It doesn’t clump like the ultra hold does, so I was wondering for those who use ghost bond, what tools do you need to remove the glue? What is the process?

I use soap and water, what kind of base?

C22 or Hairdirect's citurs adhesive remover/solvent. Just let it soak for like 1-2 days, then scrape most of it off, then a few hours more, so it penetrates the glue it didn't before. And then scrape again and wash with dish washing liquid, then soap.

Sorry, it’s a poly base, but I think I may just need to leave the C22 on it longer. I just spray and start wiping with the ultra hold but I guess I should let it chill for a bit
