i heard that the body can counterattack of inhibitor of dht by pumping more dht in your blood causing hair fall.if you are in some strong regimen like dutasteride or finasteride 5mg can cause like this

nope

with dutasteride the dht level in the blood is 90 to 93% blocked....

the body will make more testosteron to convert to dht , but the duta will keep it 93% blocked
so it just cant convert to dht....
