True: Healthy Hairs Also Become Dependent on minoxidil

Is that true? If so wouldn't discontinuing minoxidil because of side effects or no results mean that the healthy hairs would fall out after stopping use?

After you stop, the healthy hairs WILL fall out. But they'll also grow back.. the ones dependant on minoxidil won't however... something like that anyway.
