Hey all,

I just recently received the tricomin follical therapy spray and I am wondering how best to add it to my regimin. The bottle says to use it after you shower/shampoo. I shower at night time, once a day, using nizoral on mondays and fridays. Should I use the tricomin spray every night or just on the nizoral off days? Should I use it in the mornings too? If so, how much?

Thank you in advance.

You'll need to experiment a bit to see how it suits you and affects your hair style. I used to use it after work. Now I apply it at night (bedtime) - followed by an emu oil rub.

I went through a period sometime last year when I used it 2x daily when I could fit it into my regimen. Now I'm down to 1x daily - sometimes skipping it altogether if I get home to late.

I tried using 20 sprays per application at morning and night and I think thats too much. Maybe 10 sprays will work for me just at night.

Btw do i have to do anything special or can i just spray it in, let it sit for a minute, and then brush my hair? Or maybe brush my hair right after spraying? Thanks.

Yeah - sorry I didn't mention that but 10 spritzes per application should be plenty :)

Spray it on, massage it in for a bit to insure an even spread, comb your hair and allow to air-dry. Your hair should dry in the same amout of time it would take your hair to dry if you spritzed it w/ water. Comb or brush again when dry.

Cool, so I'll just use it every night after my shower and I should be set.
Thanks a lot for the info!
