I know it feels soothing on the scalp nad helps irritation, but can anyone say Tricomin has regrown hair or thickened it up (long term, not an immediate cosmetic effect after application)

I have used Tricomin in the past. I now use AC revitalise which contains the same active ingredient - copper peptide complexes. Cu peptides are proven to boost hair regrowth. I have used both products and they both help with scalp health.

sorry, i might be out of topic a bit as i just started with Tricomin a few day ago. hope the thread starter don't mind.

from my reading on the forums, indeed i have seen very little people positively experienced regrow or thickening from Tricomin. so i guess maybe only a handful of people can really respond that they indeed have seen some regrow. it like you have mention that common response are like "feel good", "look thicker", "leave-in-conditioner", "scalp health" etc.

my personally experience for the past few day is that it make the itch on my scalp worst. it might be CP doing it job in the beginning so it normal to experience this. i am not too sure. hope it past away.

anyway, just a side line. i sure many of us have read that Tricomin have less CP than the version use during the trial. it a common knowledge and from what i read, most believe it is true. so far, there is really no clear answer on this issue. therefore, i sent ProCyte a Email asking them to clarify. after a few day, they did not give me an answer. instead saying that they have reviewed hairlosstalk.com on my claim and asking me to provide any link so they can investigate further. i have never find any link that claim so therefore i did a quick search and posted some threads from both hairlosstalk and hairlosshelp which suggested so. so far no reply from them yet. any take on this issue???

again, sorry to thread starter to out of topic on your thread. if it disturb you purpose, let me know and i edit it. thanks.

Ryan, I remember we were talking about this in the other thread before. I've been searching for where this "less copper than in the trials" rumor began too. The only thing I could find is a guy a little while back posted that Dr. Pickart from Folligen claimed commercial Tricomin has less copper peptides than were in the tested version. And then it continues to spread with one guy reading that statement, then three others post it around the boards.

It very well may be true, but has anyone heard this directly from ProCyte? Maybye it is true but they have a valid reason, like it will work just as well and is more cost effective and easier on the scalp?

I too would like to find out more information on this, as I'm very interested to know if it's true and if it is, the reason why they did that.
