Hello,

I have never been on a real treatment before, but I have realized that it is about time I start with one. My temples are worsening and I have diffused thinning throughout.

I need to get into a regiment, I would appreciate if you guys gave me a complete regiment I could follow. I will then get the products, follow it religiously and post pics on a ~biweekly basis for updates in a new thread.

Also, I live in Canada, it would be great if you could make specific suggestions about where to buy these products. i.e. walmart, costco, online url etc.

Please discuss about the best possible treatment, think this could be a neat forum experiment. I hope to hear back from you,

Best Regards,

Danone

p.s. I would prefer if I do not have to get a prescription to buy the products

fincar 5 mg cut inte 4 1.25mg dosage every day. $90 for 100 pills = 400 days. can be bought at evopharmacy or unitedpharmacy.
Rogain foam 5% every morning and night, dryes withing 1-2 min.
Works greate combined with finasteride.
And at last the ketoconzale shampo nizoral, Fungoral or the super hairloss shampo Revita that just came out.

Folow this regime for 1 year and take pictures to se progress.
This is the big 3 regime.

Thanks Jojje!

Does anybody else has any critiques to that regiment, or maybe something to add or subtract to make it better? After a week or so, I will order everything and start the treatment once everything has arrived,

Finasteride really is the 'backbone' to any hairloss treatment, this is something you should definitely be on.

Rogain (Minoxidil) may not be necessary depending on your hair loss - post pics for a more accurate assessment.

Nizoral shampoo can't hurt, it's fairly cheap and it helps inhibit DHT.

Above all else, do plenty of research and weigh up the pros and cons. For example, do really want to apply Rogain twice a day forever?

Once you start, update your profile with your regimen and include start dates. Also take regular pictures (once a month will do).

Best of luck mate :)

Your best bet is to research this forum. Just about any of these drugs can cause side effects to certain individuals, be informed before you start taking anything. Also I would advise you to see your doctor about hair loss, don't take a prescription drug unless you have been checked for health problems. No point of growing hair if you will be hurting yourself in the process. Good Luck.
