Hey guys if I take rogaine foam with me on a carry on, will it get confiscated at the airport?

I have taken Rogaine Foam with me on planes without trouble several times. I actually put it in one of those sealed plastic bags that you show the security guys, with no problems. If it's relevant I have only travelled in Norway, and between Norway and Sweden. (EU rules apply.)
