Topical vasodilators that don't ruin your skin?

Are there any, I can't do minoxidil or stemoxydine, both of them induced terrible sides for my skin.

I think I'm actually going to take the plunge and try topical estrogen, it is both a vasodilator and improves skin tone. I just need to find a means to effectively balance systemic effects.
