basically I have 2 decisions..
s5 cream + rogaine + nizoral ( or regene DR shampoo )
or
avodart (dutasteride 0.5mg day )
I'm 19 and have receding at the temples. my hair has been fine all my life and right now i realised i need to start treatments to stop it and thicken it, not expecting regrowth.
orals seem to be more effective than topical and topical will be hard to keep doing every monring/night
so have any you guys had experiences oral vs topical only? would like some advice. thanks.
