After trying finasteride twice and having sides both times i have decided thats not for me. I have been on topical spironolactone for two months now. I use it twice daily and probably miss an application or two a week. I would say my hair is diffuse on top and thinning at the temples and in the back.
I also use nizoral 2% 3 times a week.
I tried rogaine foam about two months ago for a month, but had a shed and was scared because I heard about it causing you to age and dark circles under eyes. I thought I was getting those but i think it was in my head.
So my question is. Should I give rogaine a try again? It did give me a slight headache sometime though. Is that normal?
