Topical Dutasteride (liquid From Pills)

Anyone have any experience with removing the dutasteride from it's capsule and applying it topically? Possibly mixing it with minoxidil?

I'm interested but wondering ratios and efficacy.

I tried some times ago, did nothing. It's too big to penetrate to skin I've been told.
