Topical DHT blockers/AAs

Since I can't use finasteride/minoxidil/RU I'm limited to searching for a topical that might help me.
I don't really shed but I have the most insane male pattern baldness itch you can imagine, so I figure my best way of knowing if a treatment is working is if the itch is lessened (assuming the itch is the inflammation caused by DHT).
As we all probably know none of these topicals have much evidence to back them up, and I'm aware none of them will be as effective as finasteride/dutasteride/RU. It's pretty depressing to know most of them are probably snake oils knocked up by people looking to take advantage of our horrible condition called male pattern baldness...but surely some of them must work to some extent?

I don't really have any other choice but to keep trying different ones to see if they help with the itch. I'm currently using Fluridil/topical spironolactone along with Regenepure DR but none of them are helping. I'm mainly concerned with maintaining with anti-androgens/DHT inhibitors rather than regrowth stimulants.

Has anyone tried Kourosh DHT blocker from this very site's store? Seems pretty new.
What about Crinagen or Revivogen?

These all sound great in theory (eliminating DHT from the scalp, reducing sebum, opening up bloodflow etc etc). The fact that so few people have any success with these makes me very skeptical.
Any advice from anyone with experience of these would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly I'm apprehensive about buying an experimental chemical from some dodgy Chinese lab - loads of people have reported finasteride-like sides, showing RU does go systemic. It's not even remotely approved for human use and nobody knows what the long term implications could be. I reckon it would probably be fine but seeing how unlucky I was with finasteride I'd be the guy to get the worst sides.

Secondly I'm also scared away by people reporting how they used it for a few months, then came off and it sped up their hairloss dramatically (upregulation), which is what happened to me with finasteride. I guess this may happen with any DHT inhibitor/AA but RU seems to cause it the worst due it's strength.

Thirdly I'm supposed to be going travelling for 1 year+ in a few months so I couldn't exactly take RU with me given its instability, I could feasibly take spironolactone/revivo or some other topical with me though.

And lastly, having read through the RU thread it still seems to have really mixed reviews - people reporting success for a few months but then loads of shedding. Seems to be a recurring theme.
