:hump: Hi Guys.

Because of some medical reason, Ive decided not to take minoxidil and Oral Finasteride.

:sobbing:

Currently, I only have Nizoral 2% and PTO on my Regimen list ...

Would really like to add a topical ... but I really dont know which of the available topicals are best suited ...

So far - Ive narrowed the choices between spironolactone Cream, Ell Cranell Alpha and Folligen.

Which of them serves as an okay alternative to Finasteride with some regrowth chance?

well spironolactone would be the best choice from the ones you listed

IMO the items you listed will not give you regrowth
minoxidil is the best a regrowth
finasteride is usually the best at maintaining hair

i think spironolactone could help to maintain but i wouldn't out money on regrowth

cheers mate

Folligen could provide regrowth, I'd advise to take all three, but I'm not that educated on Ell cranell. Sprio will not provide growth, it will slow down the Androgenetic Alopecia process but only to a certain extent, without Finasteride we are fooked.
